4️⃣ Ship the Item: Pack the product securely and send it to the return address provided.
*all items are sent via DHL along with an exchange slip , it is the customer’s responsibility that they fill up the slip and send the return via DHL along with slip within 3 days*
*if in case of delivery you find the wooden box not in good condition or broken, kindly refuse the delivery. As it is insured through DHL, it is their responsibility and you can get your full refund*
