Customer takes full responsibility for ordering items and all their substitutions, whatever has been chosen by the customer. All information provided regarding spare parts and their substitutions is for customer information only. In case a customer orders a discontinued part, Dyna Car Parts has the right to supply an OEM substitution part number. No refund will be given if the price for the substitution is cheaper.
By ordering spare parts or their substitutions, the customer takes full responsibility for the correctness and suitability of the part number ordered by the customer — as Dyna Car Parts does not carry responsibility for customer mistakes in part numbers or spare parts ordered by users.
We do not guarantee that all ordered parts will be available in stock. Your order may be canceled or partially shipped. For unavailable items, you will receive a refund for the item and applicable shipping charges. In some cases, the refund will be only for the cost of the items if the item is very light and does not affect the shipping charges, as courier companies have a minimum chargeable weight of 1 KG.
The payment covers item cost and shipping cost only. The customer takes full responsibility for any import duties, taxes, or fees (brokerage/admin/airport handling/import) that may be collected by the destination country’s courier company, if applicable.
By confirming these terms and conditions, you agree and allow us to open and inspect the product for safety purposes. To prevent damage, some product packaging may be opened and then re-sealed by Dyna Car Parts warehouse staff.
All parts sold by Dyna Car Parts have no manufacturer warranty; however, Dyna Car Parts offers its own warranty protection for 3 months (90 days) from the time you receive the product.
